Pricing
Pay for the fleet. Then pay for what it resolves.
A per-endpoint base keeps the maths predictable for your budget. A per-resolution line means we only earn more when your queue gets shorter. Both are on the invoice, itemised, every month.

A resolution is billed only when Kestrel closes the ticket and the fix is verified against post-action telemetry. A bate — an action that failed and was rolled back — is not a resolution and is not billed. If a ticket is reopened within seven days with This didn’t actually fix it, the resolution is credited back automatically.
Estimate
Move the sliders. Check our arithmetic.
The deflection default is 35% and it is deliberately conservative. Raise it if your endpoint queue is mostly the six problems on the home page; leave it if you are not sure. Nobody has ever been talked out of a deal by a number that turned out to be too low.
Your fleet
Every machine running Talon. Servers count.
Only tickets about a device. Password resets and access requests are somebody else's product.
Share of those tickets Kestrel resolves without a human. We default this low on purpose. Raise it if your queue is mostly the six problems on the home page.
Investigation plus fix plus writing the note. Industry median for endpoint Tier 1 sits near 22.

252 resolutions × 22 minutes. That is roughly 0.6 full-time technicians of capacity, not headcount you should remove.
Show the arithmetic
tickets = endpoints × tickets_per_endpoint
= 1,200 × 0.6
= 720
resolutions = round(tickets × deflection)
= round(720 × 0.35)
= 252
platform = endpoints × $7 = $8,400
resolutions = 252 × $1.00 = $252
---------
total $8,652
hours = resolutions × 22 ÷ 60 = 92.4 hWhat counts as an endpoint?
Any machine with Talon installed and checking in. A machine that has not checked in for 30 days stops billing automatically; you do not have to remember to de-provision it.
What if we never turn autonomy on?
Then you pay the per-endpoint base and no resolution fees, and you still get diagnosis, telemetry, retrieved runbooks and a staged one-click fix on every endpoint ticket. Several design partners intend to stay there for two quarters. That is a reasonable way to buy this product.
Is there a minimum?
250 endpoints on Flight and Fleet. Below that the deployment work costs more than the licence and neither of us enjoys it.
Do you charge for the audit record?
No. Flightlog retention beyond the tier default is priced, but the record itself is not an upsell. Charging for the ability to explain what our software did to your fleet would be indefensible.
What happens at renewal if our deflection went up?
Your resolution line goes up and your platform line does not. That is the trade, and it is why the per-resolution price falls as you move up a tier.
Can we get an invoice instead of a card?
Yes on Fleet and Enterprise, annual terms, net 30. Enterprise is annual only.
